We Remember

November is often regarded as a month of remembrance. We begin the month with All Saints' Day, the Day of the Dead, All Souls' Day. On these days, we hold our loved ones close to our hearts. Join Lauren for a practice of remembrance on Thursday, November 2. This 60-minute class will include asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation.
