About the event
Yoga for Grieving classes are open-level and include asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation.
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and any props that are part of your practice (blocks, bolster/pillow, blanket). Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move around in. Layers are a good idea because you might get warm in the asana portion of class and cool during the meditation and breathwork portions.
