The Meditative Moment
Inhale your hands to your heart. Exhale and expand your arms out, as though you’re going to hug the whole world. Inhale hands back to your heart. Exhale and expand the arms out. Repeat a three more times. When finished, rest your hands over your heart for a few breaths. Promise yourself that you will use your voice today.
