Notice your breath today. It is the most basic form of nourishment we receive. Inhale. Exhale. Allow the inhales to get all the way to your belly. Allow the exhales to fully release. Notice your water intake today. If you’re thirsty, have a glass. If you have a headache or are crabby, have some water. Notice your food intake today. What is your body asking for? Really listen. Notice your sleep patterns. Are you pushing yourself to avoid rest? Is that necessary? Notice.
